We cannot guarantee that the colours on the website will be true to life. This depends partially on the colour settings of your computer and monitor which differ per device.


All payments made on are secure. The ‘TOS gallery’ webshop accepts credit cards, iDeal, SofortBanking and Bancontact.

The transaction will be charged to your card only after we have verified your card details, received authorization from the card issuer, confirmed availability, and your order is ready to be packed and sent. The prices on the website are in Euros and include VAT. All prices are subject to misprints or errors. For the consequences of misprints or errors no liability is accepted. With misprints or errors ‘TOS gallery’ is not obliged to deliver the product according to this price.



‘TOS gallery’ charges no delivery fee for deliveries in The Netherlands. Once payment has been confirmed, your parcel will be delivered within 5 working days. If there would be any unexpected delays, you shall be notified per email accordingly.


For all other destinations, deliveries will be charged according to Dutch post fees. Your purchase will be delivered as soon as possible and you’ll be provided with a Track & Trace number the moment the parcel is on it’s way to you.

It can happen that you would like to return your purchase. In this case, make sure you sent an email to and sent back the purchase within 14 days after you’ve received your order confirmation. ‘TOS gallery’ is not responsible for any additional costs you have to make returning your purchase. You will be fully reimbursed once the returned item has been received in an undamaged, unused state and includes all packaging and tags (attached).


‘TOS gallery’ takes service very seriously and tests the product’s quality explicitly before making them available for purchase. If any paint fades, stitching unravels or if there have appeared any other quality issues that are not caused because of mistreating the product (ripping, washing incorrectly etc.), you may contact ‘TOS gallery’ at to explain what happened. You may then request a fix-up free of charge (costs made for sending the purchase are not included). Please do take well care of the products as suggested by ‘TOS gallery’ as we can not help you touch up your item when it’s mistreated.
